In my eyes and the eyes of many others in the coaching and consulting industries, we believe a truly effective leader is able to tackle challenges with the perspectives of the coach and the student. Having been in your shoes I intimately understand the challenges and potential triumphs of learning these new skills from the ground up. Currently, I am a student at the University of Florida pursuing a Master's degree in Business with a Minor in Innovation, in conjunction with my American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, and studying for the Nation Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Exam in early Spring 2023, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience to my coaching and consulting practice. Throughout my earlier years, I took on a variety of service roles, including positions at Chick-Fil-A, Top Golf, Starbucks, and Publix. Additionally, I dedicated considerable time as a Nanny, Tutor, Camp Counselor, and Swim Coach ranging from toddlers to age 13. While doing all of this I was involved in a variety of different sports and extracurriculars and martial arts with vastly different coaching/teaching styles has given me a unique opportunity to experience just about every coaching method under the sun.

Through my involvement in different sports and exposure to various coaching styles, I have gained invaluable insights into what works and what doesn't when it comes to effective coaching and teaching. Drawing from these experiences, I have developed a framework that can be adapted to cater to anyone with any goal. At Davi Coaching & Consulting, we do more than simply advocate for the power of the three Ps Practice, Patience, and Persistence – we embody these virtues in our daily lives.
